The picture is a pastel drawing created during a trip to Normandy in the summer of 2024. The Sentier de Littoral leads around the coast of the La Hague peninsula, a hiking trail that mostly runs along the upper edge of the cliffs through dense bushes and ferns, but also past magnificent views of the rocks and the sea. Nearby is the village of Gruchy, where the painter Jean François Millet was born and whose birthplace is now a museum. Millet painted a whole series of pictures of the coastal landscape in this region.
This digital edition is a high-resolution reproduction of the original and this NFT edition is a one-off (1/1) and will not be offered in any other form as an NFT. The original pastel drawing still exists and remains the property of the artist.
